Set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, our magical Mediterranean-style barn has been designed with intention, as the perfect space to hold luxury intimate retreats.
Just 2 hours from London, it’s a calming escape from the city, surrounded by nature and wildlife. By day, enjoy yoga in the studio, relax in the hot tub, meditate by the pond or curl up with a book in the Zen Den. By night, share a candlelit feast, manifest by the fire pit and gaze up at the stars.

As a home designed for retreats, we have taken the stress out of hosting, with a space fully prepared for you to turn up and create your magic. If you need any additional practitioners for classes or 1:1 treatments for your guests, we can provide a list of local facilitators as well as caterers.

Gather your gang, book a 3 night stay and create your own bespoke retreat using our wellbeing experience menu. There are plenty of complimentary soul-nourishing activities to enjoy, or you may choose to add on bookable classes or treatments from our list of local facilitators. We even provide a guide on how to create your own sharing circle, fire ceremony or journaling sessions to hold in our fully equipped yoga and meditation studio, or out in our luscious gardens under the stars.

The house is available for day bookings on Wednesdays only, which can include use of the hot tub and sauna.
Our day rate (8 hours) is £550.
If you are looking to book as a location for film/ photoshoots beyond 1 day, please contact us to discuss further.

ACCOMODATION
The space accommodates up to 15 guests at maximum capacity for retreats, which includes space for facilitators. Our Wellness Weekends with Friends are available for a maximum of 12 guests.

OUT & ABOUT
Colton is a small tranquil village in the heart of Norfolk. Surrounded by country lanes and woodland, there are plenty of opportunities for walks and bike rides amid the idyllic surroundings.
Within walking distance you will find 'The Goat Shed' - a farm shop, delicatessen and cafe as well as The Barking Buck pub and bistro. There is also a nearby cafe, wellness studio and interiors store called The Painted Barn.
The many beautiful beaches of the Norfolk coastline are a 40 minute drive away, our favourite being Holkham beach, which sits alongside a woodland of pine trees.
The Rangland River Green, a picturesque spot along the River Wensum can be found a ten minute drive from the house, perfect for wild swimming or paddle boarding.
Norwich is a 20 minute drive away, a quaint city with cobbled streets and plenty of independent shops, restaurants and activities.
